At Meiava we are creating a ripple effect where more women and their allies pay it forward to serve as advisors/mentors/supporter to other women. By doing so, we energise and propel women to dream and realise their ambitions.
Together we can break down systematic barriers to accelerate gender equity – one conversation at a time.
Through Meiava Elevate, we provide a platform for women to serve as Advisors to other women.
We also welcome men who are allies in creating more diverse workplaces to join our Meiava Community and also serve as Advisors.
