30 days of Summer activities for kids, while maintaining social distancing
With the school year nearing an end in a number of countries and various COVID-19 restrictions still hampering “normal life” and mobility, what can working parents do with kids during Summer break? In some places, Summer camps and activities are closed or limited and social distancing rules may still apply. So, how do you keep your kids busy during the 10+ weeks of school holidays?
I plan to create a week-by-week Summer Activity Calendar with my kids with daily activities and a suggested time schedule so that they can continue to be more self-directed. Check out some of their suggested activities in the infographic below. The indoor or outdoor sleep-in camp with S’mores, robotics, science activities, and cupcake bake-offs should be fun! Take a virtual museum tour to view some of the wonderful collections around the globe. And, don’t forget to stock up on some “camp” supplies for your home (see some starting ideas below).
