Specifically, we are supporting the goal to “ensure women’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision making in political, economic and public life”.

We amplify the need for more gender diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.

We are building a global Meiava Community and facilitating networks and conversations so that women can rise to their personal best. It’s about the authenticity that comes from sharing lived experiences and the power of having a network of supporters willing to connect with you for conversations that inspire.

Our community share a common purpose around creating more gender equitable workplaces. They join to find the support and network they need to thrive while also being committed to pay it foward to help others in their career and personal growth.

🪷 ADVISOR MATCHING PLATFORM

Our current focus with Meiava Elevate is just part of our effort to find ways to help elevate more women into leadership. The advisor matching platform makes it easier for women access the advice and support they need for their career development and personal growth. The platform is available for both individual subscription and corporate plans.

Meiava is committed to enhancing the career growth and development experience of women. We regularly share insights on topics related to work life integration, career development, and diversity, equality, and inclusion.

🪴 MEIAVA ADVISORY

Through our Meiava Advisory services, we offer Gender Diversity Strategy support to assist organisations to accelerate their progress around female representation at leadership levels and the development and retention of women in their talent pipeline.
